Our Service To You

We offer a wide variety of workshops in our areas of focus:

  • Parenting and Family
  • Mothers
  • Youth Leaders and Youth Groups
  • Children’s Ministry Leaders and Volunteers
  • Marriage
  • Team Building

All of our workshops are interactive, extremely relevant and applicable, fun and equipping.  Relative tools and resources are given away and opportunities for questions and answers are included at every one.

We can create a workshop to meet your specific ministry/organization needs or teach on one of our current topics below:

Parenting, Mothers, and Family

  • “The Journey Begins with YOU” – Are You Growing Spiritually?

There is no way we can expect to invest God’s Word and character into our children if we are not growing in our faith.  What should each mother be doing to make sure they are spiritually growing so that they can be all that their family needs them to be?

  • Is Spanking NOT an Option???” – Learning about Effectively Disciplining Your Children

Is there a way to discipline your child without spanking them?  Is there such a thing as spanking too much or not enough?  “If I don’t spank them, what else should I do?” What does the Bible really have to say about all of this and what other options are out there?

  • “The Anger Issue” – When Have You Gone Too Far?

We all get angry with our children, but how can we be angry without causing damage to our children spiritually, emotionally, or even physically?  Gather the tools you need here.

  • “Dealing with the Blended Family” – The Other Mother, The Step Children, & My Child’s Father

Wouldn’t it just be easier if “they” were out of the picture (you can fill in the blank for whoever “they” are in your life)?  Well, “they” will never be out of the picture, so we better learn to live peaceably and effectively with all…not just for the child’s sake, but for everyone’s.

  • “What Does “Faith-at-Home” Really Mean?”

What does it really mean to live out our faith at home?  We go to church, we pray, we say grace over our food…is that enough?  Learn how to pass your faith to your children with strategic intent in order for them to have a greater chance of choosing God for themselves when they are of age.

Youth Ministry Workshops:

  • Full-time Ministry, Part-time Schedule – Navigating the Life of the Non-Paid Staff Youth Director

Many churches are unable to bring on both Children’s Ministry and Youth Ministry paid staff at the same time.  When they are able to pay one, the pressing need is usually for the Children’s Ministry.  So, the Youth Director/Pastor continues to do a juggling act between working full-time elsewhere and maintaining a growing, thriving Youth Ministry at the church.  Hard indeed.

This workshop helps the Youth Director find balance with this overwhelming lifestyle and maximize their student impact while functioning with a limited time schedule.

  • Relational Youth Ministry – Effectively Connecting With Teens and their Parents

Statistics regarding our churched students in America:
70% of young adults ages 23 – 30 stopped attending church for at least a year between the ages 18 – 22.

12% of teens have a regular dialog with their mother on faith/life issues.

5% of teens have a regular dialog with their father on faith/life issues.

9% of teenagers have experienced regular reading of the Bible and devotions in the home.

12% of teens have experienced a service-oriented event with a parent as an action of faith.

This workshop explores ways Youth Leaders can focus on connecting with their students AND their parents in order to lead youth into a meaningful relationship with God that lasts past high school graduation.

  • Self Image Workshop for Young Ladies

This workshop helps young ladies identify roots or influences in their lives that may be contributing to a negative self image and produces life-applicable tools for them to turn that image around!

Team Building Workshops:

  • Navigating Through Team Dysfunction

Does your team avoid issues that everyone knows are there but no one wants to talk about?

Are your team meetings boring and lack interest?

Do you secretly disagree with your team members or team leader and never say a word about it until you and a fellow team member meet up for lunch to talk about it?

Are your ideas never heard or considered?

Are you afraid to have a needed discussion with a team member because you think it’s going to cause tension between you?

If you answered yes to any of the above, this workshop is for you!
